The Mogiana region stretches across the top part of Sao Paulo into the dispute region Mina Gerais. Mogiana is named after the Companhia Mogiana Estrada de Ferro train line, founded and funded by coffee expansion in the interior os Sao Paulo. The topography and climate varies across the sub regions of Alta Mogiana and Media Mogiana. The cup profiles from the region are generally bright with yellow fruit  like acidity delicate caramel like sweetness and a rounded clean body.

40% Sumatra Madheling - Semi-Washed
Sumatra is the second largest island in the republic of Indonesia. The central and northern regions produce most of the islands coffees. Whilst the neighbouring island of Java  has estates and some larger producing farms, Sumatra is made up of small holders. Coffee is a cash crop generally inter-cropped with others such as pepper, betel nuts and Cassava. The rich volcanic soil, rolling hills, vast lakes and tropical climate are the dominant features of the central and northern region.

20% Kenya AA - Fully Washed
Kenya is well known for its highly organised network of coffee cooperatives. This system produces remarkable consistency is growing methods, miling and auctioning across a web of about 150,000 growers, tha majority of witch are small-scale farmers. The topography of high-altitude plateaus in major Kenyan coffee regions combined with acidic soil provides excellent growing conditions for Arabica. The Kenya profile is very unique and distinguishes itself easily from other origins. Intense citrus brightness all along the palate and notes of vanilla and bergamot merge with complex winey flavors. Ideally a medium body provides great balance.
